We offer mobile personal training in Ballarat for people who feel more comfortable exercising at home. Our sessions are designed especially for older adults and/or neurodivergent individuals who are largely independent, particularly those who find traditional gyms overwhelming. Sessions go for 45 minutes are held in your home.
About your trainer: Sebastian is an encouraging and empathetic personal trainer based in Ballarat, holding a Certificate IV in Fitness. Alongside his personal training qualifications, he is currently undertaking professional Mat Pilates instructor training, expanding his expertise in core strength, posture, balance and functional movement. He understands many people prefer training in familiar spaces at home rather than gyms. Sebastian believes movement is about more than fitness, it plays a vital role in mood, mental wellbeing and he tailors every session to help people feel stronger, healthier and more mobile.

Currently I offer mobile personal training in your own home in Ballarat
I start with a free introductory consultation, which is a relaxed first session where we can chat through your goals, any concerns or limitations, and what you’d like support with. I can also take you through some of the exercises I use, so you can get a feel for my approach and decide whether it’s the right fit.
After that, I offer an introductory package of 3 x 45-minute in-home sessions for $195. Ongoing sessions are $85 per session after that.

Sessions run for 45 minutes plus 5-10 minutes for.a chat

You do not need to own gym equipment to get started. Your trainer can bring simple equipment and adapt exercises to the space available. However as you progress I may recommend some additional equipment.

For best results, we recommend training at least once a fortnight. Weekly sessions are ideal if you’d like more support and accountability, but once a fortnight can still work well especially once you’ve learned a few exercises and feel confident practising them on your own between sessions.
